4 Weeks to Beat Burnout for Busy Professionals
Sometimes, life just feels… exhausting. Getting out of bed is hard. And then you need to do the things in the morning so that you don’t look as tired as you feel. By 11 a.m., you feel your first crash of the day. Carbs are necessary. And another cup of coffee. And is it lunchtime yet?!?!
By 4 p.m., you might be wondering if you can just lie down on the couch right now please, because you’re tired and stressed and maybe even bloated or nauseated. But also, why is there still SO much to do?
Motivation = zero
Amount of work remaining = lots
Food in your fridge = also zero
Wouldn’t it be nice if you could start your day energized, motivated and confident? Imagine if you had a fridge full of healthy meals that you knew would make you feel unstoppable. And, even though you made all that food, you realize you still have time to do the things you love.
This is 100% possible and it’s not hard. Learn the ropes in JUST 4 WEEKS.

I have been there, and I’m telling you, there is a way out.
My name is Jordana and I’m a holistic nutritionist and forever foodie. But before I became a nutritionist, I spent 7 years in the corporate marketing world. I was a complete perfectionist and, from the outside, looked totally put together, down to my designer bag collection. I ate what I thought was a healthy diet and went to the gym, but struggled with anxiety, fatigue, food reactions, allergies, chronic congestion and burnout.
I visited 4 doctors, 2 allergists, 2 naturopaths, 2 therapists and the emergency room. I tried cutting out gluten, soy, dairy and eggs, loaded up on plenty of medications for allergies and pain, and filled my purse with natural supplements. Some of these “solutions” gave me temporary relief, or at least masked symptoms, but I really didn’t find a good answer until holistic nutrition came along.
Once I started getting my food in check, these symptoms got WAY better and my energy bounced back. Nutrition plays an essential role in supporting your mood, but it’s often overlooked. Let’s make sure you don’t forget about it. I spent 10 years looking for answers on my own, and I want to make things way easier for you.

What it’s like to work with me
“I had certain health goals: weight goals, and managing stress levels. Not only did Jordana help me achieve these goals, she made me a lot more knowledgeable.”
– Filomena, Teacher
“Within my first week, I noticed huge differences. I was sleeping through the night, I had sustained energy through the day and wasn’t having any mid-afternoon crashes. The recipes Jordana curated have been easy to prepare and I absolutely love that I can meal prep for busy weeks and ‘grab and go’ when needed.”
– Joanna Onia
“Our so called ‘lazy cook,’ who never enjoyed being in the kitchen, is now preparing meals at least one night a week. He benefited from her hands-on teaching and assistance, her calm demeanour, and her non-judgemental manner.”
– Lisa & Jay
